UK Mainland Delivery
Valley Contractors can deliver to a home or work address throughout the UK (mainland) – whichever is more convenient for you.
In most cases, deliveries are made by a 3rd party company using a tail-lift and hand maneuvered pump truck. However a vehicle with a crane is available in some Midlands areas
How much will delivery cost and how long does it take?
We have a range of delivery options available including:
- Economy delivery – within 3 to 5 working days
- Next day home delivery from only £30 – order before 1030am for next working day delivery Monday to Thursday
- Tracking information provided – Track your orders online!
Collect in Store
How does it work?
- Make your order online and choose “collect in store” Please then call prior to collecting to ensure we are carrying stock that day.
- We’ll keep it in the store for 3 days
- Alternatively call us on 0121 474 3506 and we can prepare your order and you can pay on collection
- Collect from our HQ at: 2 Hollywood Lane Birmingham B47 5PP
Delivery Enquiries
For delivery enquiries please refer to your tracking details. Please email us for tracking info or if Palletways has emailed you please contact them with your order number to confirm delivery.
More Information
Valley Contractors can only guarantee delivery to kerbside (in some cases a driveway).
Unfortunately, we cannot offload onto gravel or loose areas, grass, steep slopes or soil areas. Please ensure there is adequate room for delivery vehicles to access your property, free from obstruction and parked cars OR issues with height or weight restrictions.
